The primary difference is the 30-minute sessions are centered around clarity, whereas the 60-minute sessions offer the highest resonating path forward with in-depth guidance and support.
An assessment of what is going on in your life, what things might be holding you back or creating problems. Essentially I am translating whatever is happening in your life or your body to pinpoint where imbalances are hiding and how they are showing up around you/within you. Designed to open up the clarity that allows solutions and movement forward to flow in.

Q: I don't have one specific thing I want to ask. Is that ok?
Yes! Sometimes the things we need to hear the most have a way better chance of coming through when we just make the choice to trust that we will hear exactly what we are meant to, and in my experience, often times that's much easier when we enter the session ready to receive with open ears and let curiosity lead.
Q: I want tO learn about intuition or dark forces. How can i do that?
60-minute sessions can be tailored to any of the topics we dive into in Soul Meets Self and the free learning vault.. If you are interested in learning these, simply let me know when you submit your session form.
Q: i don't know where to start
You don't have to :) That is the beauty of this work is that the answers are already there and we are simply translating them so that they can be integrated. A 30-minute session can be incredible for breaking things open.
